1. The coffee maker in the bathroom is a disgusting feature, as are the brown lint ridden blankets.

2. - Room had 2 large queen beds with what I would consider 'old' blankets and pillows and not in line with the comfortable beds and pillows at most Sheratons I stay at (more than 200 nights a year all over the world)- Closet is tiny with a cheap rickety folding door and sufficient for 1 person only- Security locker is small but sufficient, big enough for my macbook air- Parking is not a problem- I did not have breakfast or any food at the hotel so no comments on that- Check out was fine and friendly- Wireless was generally poor even with the upgraded speed - not sufficient for video call- This is another hotel with the coffee maker in the washroom - this is a disgusting practice by many Sheraton hotels worldwide.

6. near the end of our hols we all came to the conclusion that we should of stayed at the holiday inn where we had stayed before as this is closer to places to eat and shops especially if you have peolpe with walking difficulties as we did but saying that it was nt too bad, then on last day we recieved a phone bill for $117 for five phone calls totaling 34 mins which i was nt happy about so went to reception to find out how much they charge per min and the reply was $10 for first min of each phone call then she could nt answer the rest which i was disgusted about and then was told there is a sign behind the door to your room which made me laugh i just could nt imagine why a sign could nt be put by the phone not behind a door , which might i add does not tell you about call charges,i dont know how they get away with charging so much, so be warned dont use there phone its cheaper taking your mobile .
