1. i am happy that I felt safe because my door didn't latch well and looked as if it had been broken into at one time.

Now, although we really enjoyed our stay and felt is was a very good value, there were also some negatives we'd be remiss not to mention, namely - (1) Room fan was broken and could not be shut off - we had to unplug it, (2) Windows cannot be opened - if you're claustrophobic or need fresh air, bear this in mind; (3) Hotel is 30+ years old, so even being well-maintained it still shows its age.

4. we stayed at the four ints sheraton from sept 22nd to oct 6th 2011 we are frequent visitors to florida this was our 9th vacation and this is the best hotel that we have ever stayed atincluding a couple disney hotels every memeber of staff providedexcellent customer servicefrom the manager who went out to the pharmacy at 10 o clock at night to replace a broken bottle of medicine and the receiption staffwith their good morning and welcome back in the evening to the free disney bus drivers and hotel taxi driver from haiti (sorry cant remember name) but he is a lovely guy.

5. it provided free transport to universal and disney which is not provided in many hotels, manager even went out to the pharmacyat 10 o clock at night to replace a bottle of medicine broken,so thoughtfull.

7. We had an awful lot of trouble with the ice machines, every single time we went to get ice, the first machine we went to was broken, and the broken machine changed each time.

8. Not only was everything fixed that was broken in the previous room, there were 2 bedside tables - each with their own ottoman, there was a nice big ottoman at the end of the bed and an extra single seat couch.

9. Internet was broken, AirCon unit was from the 1980s - loud and inefficient, only one bed side table, well used and very uncomfortable bed, TV remote partially working, safe was locked, power multibox worked on and then off.
