1. unfortunately, we couldn't get into Cochon but we ended up at Emerils and had a fabulous meal there instead.

3. unfortunately we had to stay at the Hilton Riverside which is massive, loud and very crowded.

4. unfortunately we arrived at midnight so we were unable to dine in our room (it was incredibly cold outside) but there are many close establishments that are open to serve you at that hour.

5. The friendly and professional treatment I received from waiters, valets, bellhops, maids, and other staff here was unfortunately tarnished by poor treatment by the front desk and general managers when a package was lost.

6. unfortunately the tropical depression forced us to stay in New Orleans for 3 nights before the cruise so we stayed 3 nights in this hotel instead of one.

9. unfortunately the pool would be closed due to weather and then when it cleared up they'd forget to open it.

Yes, the internet is very pricey (we decided not to use it) and parking is very, very expensive (we booked a package - Park and Stay, so we parked the car ourselves), but unfortunately hotels in many large cities practice charging through the roof for the parking (anybody tried to park in a Chicago hotel recently?).
