1. The next one had a broken phone - this was hilarious as when I tried to call to obtain a room service menu (missing from the room) we could only speak about 5 words at a time.

When we got in the room we looked in the little mini bar fridge naturally and noticed that one energy drink was missing, didn't think much about it but apparently there was a little plastic tie of sorts on the outside handle and when that is broken they will charge you for what ever is missing, and yes WE got charged.

5. The guest services agent who moved our room was extremely professional, nice and helpful, but we were still a little disappointed when they moved us to a room with a broken door lock (we actually thought the previous occupant had not vacated the room, and called security to get the door open).

10. broken curtains, stained carpet, filthy broken tiles with heavily stained grout (especially around the toilet), dark brown stains in the toilet, stains in the sink, wallpaper peeling off the walls, stains on the ceiling, holes in the sheets, mildew covered grout in the shower, etc.
