3. i also had my car scratched by the valet people at the hilton, don't go to this hotel, they were not only rude talking about the scratch but they refused to pay for the damages.

8. Downtown New Orleans hasn`t been affected as much by the hurricane as it has from the economic decline due to the continual exaggeration of the damage incurred by it.
