1. It's nice to have some space and distance from the hubbub and noise.

7. If you are looking for the charm of historic New Orleans, you won't find it here, but you will have a very nice room that is close enough to all the activity, but far enough away that you will not be disturbed by all the craziness and noise that comes with the FQ.
