The friendly and professional treatment I received from waiters, valets, bellhops, maids, and other staff here was unfortunately tarnished by
poor
treatment by the front desk and general managers when a package was lost.

poor
example of New Orleans hospitality and if she wanted to learn about true hospitality she should visit New York, where we really are warm and friendly.

Since the Hilton was scalping us for breakfast (a 'to go' orange juice and croissant cost me $9), it seemed like amazingly
poor
management to close at least 3 of the coffee shops during the day when they could have made a killing from all of us who didn't want to leave the hotel since our meetings were there.
