4. Then she told us the rate was cheaper than what we booked (Which made absolutley no sense to me but whatever I'm all for saving $$) We ended up getting the right room for a cheaper price with a lot of hassle.

5. Our experience at the hotel could not have been more pleasant, from the hassle-free check-in (and they were VERY busy), to the great bar in the lobby, the cleanliness of the room and the great night's sleep in the comfortable bed.
