1. Checked out the next day and complained about the lack of service and I was offered a free breakfast which I didn't have time for then they offered to pay for parking and I didn't drive.

5. Considering that I arrange the travel for 20+ business travelers and we always host 2-3 receptions during these trips, I was very disappointed with this lack of service.

7. If you are looking for a hotel for a business trip it does the job, but for a vacation it lacks anything special and is a bit off the beaten path in order to explore the sights and sounds of New Orleans.
