1. Since the Hilton provided comps for the inconvenience and did only charge us half price for Saturday, I am giving 4 stars.

2. The desk clerk returned after checking on the status and told us she would give us the room at half price for Saturday night only, breakfast coupons for the week, and a free drink at the bar for the inconvenience.

From the get go when we checked in, we had originally booked two queen beds with our room however when we arrived they informed us that the queen beds we booked were no longer available but instead they would offer us a king and for our inconvenience they would upgrade our room to the lake view, instead we got a view of Poydras street and a parking lot.
