1. I didn't address the problem as it wasn't that big a deal, but it was an irritant that was unnecessary.

7. Their 'solution' to the second problem was to put the door on spring hinges, so it always closes.

8. It appears the Hilton is aware that because of its size, it will have an endless supply of conferences booking it full which means they will continue to react to problems instead of being proactive and truly caring for the facilities properly.

9. I have also never had any problems with the Hilton though it has also never stood out as a must stay place in the city.
