7. The pool is tiny with only a few sun beds, there is no beach (unlike the pictures on the website which are incredibly misleading, it surprises me they have not had any consumer related action in that respect), they charge $36 a day to park your car, and it is miles from South Beach.

8. Strange layout of the hotel m bar tiny wish it had been a lot bigger and constant charges for everything, $36 a day for parking then $15 a day for internet access then a 10% service charge on the mini bar(in your room .

9. Upon arrival attentive valets took care of car and luggage, check-in a very relaxed experience, was given a gorgeous room but with a tiny balcony, however, a quick call later and I was upgraded to a better room with a large sunny balcony.
