1. A major complaint to the manager and all we got was $90 off our bill of $2630 as compensation, big deal.

4. (no big deal) although we still decided to change out of this room because even though it was a bay room category it was facing more of the city and downtown area also there was a really bad smell that came from the water by the bridge going into the key (not the hotel's fault i'm sure but still not nice when you are paying that type of price for a hotel.
"Amazing hotel with an even more amazing view " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/15/2011 Vote
5. While these might not be a big deal elsewhere, but the Mandarin charges $500 for a night so it's not acceptable for them to be so sloppy.
"One of the nicest hotels - superb service & pure luxury - if you can afford " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/9/2011 Vote

7. This class of hotel seems to go out if its way for the guests but in this instance, I don't understand what's the big deal with just one more umbrella.
"Excellent hotel but it is pricey " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/20/2010 Vote
8. Only complaint I had about the room is that our tub never seemed to get hot water - it wasn't a big deal (just took a shower instead) and I am certain had we complained, it would have been fixed - but that was a bit surprising as usually things at these hotels are top-notch.
"Excellent Service - Good Spot in Downtown Miami - But not "Beachy" " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/11/2009 Vote
