We did mention this to the front desk staff when we checked out,and they were
apologetic
, however, that obviously did not make up for the fact that we both had a miserable night's sleep.

We were first assigned to room 1010 and as when we got there a maintenance man was changing the lightbulbs, he was so
apologetic
and quickly left the room.

Rooms large with great views however found a porn film on the dvd player on check in to the room, reported this to reception and gave it to them however they did not appear to interested or
apologetic
which was very strange.

We went downstairs, received a lukewarm apology (the bellman was more
apologetic
about the situation), and were assigned another room - turns out this one is a lower category than what we paid for.
