1. We did mention this to the front desk staff when we checked out,and they were apologetic, however, that obviously did not make up for the fact that we both had a miserable night's sleep.

3. Rooms large with great views however found a porn film on the dvd player on check in to the room, reported this to reception and gave it to them however they did not appear to interested or apologetic which was very strange.
