1. But the shower is poor (I like strong water shower), the amenities are 3-star quality, the TV had some channels that simply had bad tune (and the hotel is unable to solve it), the air conditioner was impossible to set the perfect temperature, room service takes forever and, the worst, the service at breakfast was unaceptable (the waiter forgot to bring us spoons we asked 3 times.

2. I decided to go to the lobby bar to have an espresso but was told that the coffee machine had been broken for at least week and they could not get it fizzed quickly and was sent to another hotel cafe in the lower level where the service was incompetent , rude and very overpriced for the lukewarm and poor quality .

3. The problem is that the hotel is in a poor location, and not easily accesible to other places to eat or get food, so the hotel charges whatever it wants.

5. The spa itself was small and didn't include a whirlpool (although I have to say the hot stone massage was fantastic) but what bothered me the most was the poor service.
"OK location, OK room, OK Spa and really sub-standard service. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2011 Vote
6. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Miami experience due to the poor location, lack of facilities and indifferent service.

7. The breakfasts were reasonable, but I prefer freshly cooked eggs and there was no one preparing these on the buffet, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level, as was the poor seating arrangement inside the restaurant, it was quite chilly and there was little space available inside.
"Good but not that good!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/17/2010 Vote
