2. We also had a noisy neighbor (a guitar player at midnight) and the hotel was very quick to deal with that on our behalf.

4. The hotel was also quite noisy at night unusual for a Mandarin, I don't think I would stay here again for the price our pre cruise stay at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle resort was far,far better than this and peaceful.

9. Bathroom is amazing, bed is very comfortable, the only complaint we might have is that the A/C is kind of noisy and you can't turn the fan off completely (we are used to sleeping in total silence at home, that could be the reason why it bothered us a little).
