1. It's a bit difficult to rate this Mandarin Oriental.

2. The following morning, after we had checked out, we received a phone call to say that the envelope containing the money had been found; it was tucked up against the side of the safe and was difficult to see due to the fact that the envelope was the same colour as the safe wall.

3. The facilities were also disappointing with a pond sized pool that was difficult to access and a nearby 'beach' where you are unable to swim.

6. It was very difficult to do any sort of activity when it's almost 100 degrees out and the air was so thick with humidity that you could barely breathe.
