Grebe where he defined the situation as I was caught by a housekeeping staff who brought our breakfast and I declined or pretended I never ordered, later in the report they said it was a mistake from room service obviously I never ordered such a breakfast, on top my girlfriend was referred to as a friend who spent the night in my room, also they insinuated that I could have been drunk, and worse was there could have been a case of domestic violence.

6. Okay so most of the staff are friendly & helpful, but too many mistakes, it took 4 attempts just to get complimentry tea & coffee in our room, wake up calls at 4am which we had not booked, only one bed turned down at night when previously two were.

8. The desk clerk at check out was very nice but there were a lot of mistakes on the bill--ie charges for breakfast that was included in the rate still appeared on the bill; minibar charges appeared and we did not even open the bar.
