1. The biggest downside to the hotel - besides its location (if you are looking for *the scene* this is NOT the hotel for you.

4. One major downside is that Key Brickell is residential and I prefer to be within walking distance to South Beach.

5. the downside is that you have to drive everywhere & there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance (you are essentially forced to eat there for a light meal, snack or breakfast).
