For the price, I was
shock
ed there was not complimentary wi-fi, and the rooms, though nicely decorated, had a very open bathroom configuration which wasn't very comfortable when sharing a room.
"OK location, OK room, OK Spa and really sub-standard service. "

shock
ing that it caused us to cut short our stay.

Also, the directions the concierge desk gave to any location were always wrong - this was
shock
ing to us since there were multiple staff giving us directions at different times.
