1. The parking garage makes you drive your car five floors under the hotel and the spaces are tiny.

They are refurbishing the hotel, but they were also doing it already last year and somehow they still put us up in a room with insufficient sound insulation to block out the noise of airplanes taking off, with no welcoming light as you walk into the room so that the first thing you have to do is scramble for a light switch, with a huge old TV from the dinosaur age, with a tiny bathroom that has no separate shower, but the old fashioned thing of a curtain over the bath tub.

9. And another complaint - come on Hilton, $4+ for a tiny bottle of milk????? The prices in the bistro and the restaurants are way over the top and would suggest that it is much better to take the short walk down to Denny's for an evening meal.

10. When questioning what was happening the staff advised that if I didnt know the economy is bad in the states and they have cut out the services to Diamond members hence no free drinks and food you wouldnt want to eat in a tiny little room with too many VALUED CLIENTS to handle.
