1. Wonder why in this hotel, left behind things somehow seem to never be found?My advice, unless you like cold rooms, not getting lost items returned to you, dealing with rude front desk employees who take out their frustrations with their company's maintenence problems on you; until they fix their 'issues' I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.

2. Aside from the intermittent frustration with check-in and timeliness on other limited matters, the overall experience was positive, and if it were not for a substantial rate increase in January 2012 I would still be staying at the Hilton LAX when in LA on business.

7. Incorrect directions from staff to catch the shuttle were also frustrating as we missed it because we were waiting in the wrong place even though we were told it would pick us up from the spot we were in.

8. Hotel was pretty standard, beds were nice, fluffy towels and staff was very kind, but I spent about 30 very frustrating minutes looking for a parking space in the overcrowded, claustrophobic garage.

9. The fact that there is need for parking validation for in/out residents should be made plain at check in to avoid confusion and frustration at the valet window.

10. There is a complimentary shuttle bus from LAX, but the hotels are sharing the buses so you`ll not arrive direct from the airport, and this could be frustrating at 11pm.
