1. The airplane noise was a bit of an issue, but that was to be expected being so close to the airport.

Wonder why in this hotel, left behind things somehow seem to never be found?My advice, unless you like cold rooms, not getting lost items returned to you, dealing with rude front desk employees who take out their frustrations with their company's maintenence problems on you; until they fix their 'issues' I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.

8. Biggest issue I have about this hotel is their telephone service or front desk guest list system ---It's always either broken or in chaos.
