1. After watching the way other people were slamming on the elevator buttons these problems may not have been the hotels fault in the end.

Wonder why in this hotel, left behind things somehow seem to never be found?My advice, unless you like cold rooms, not getting lost items returned to you, dealing with rude front desk employees who take out their frustrations with their company's maintenence problems on you; until they fix their 'issues' I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.

4. Late night flight problems required an overnight stay close to the airport as I wanted to be back at the airport at 5 for first flights out the next morning.

6. We just had the King Bed room which was very simple, our only problem was that the shower head was quite old and although had great pressure the water went every where and flooded the bathroom floor.

10. Hotel was very good , both modern and clean rooms, we had a small problem, the water in the hotel was not working and the hotel had direct guests to various other rooms for facilities.
