1. It's not set up for family in reality as you don't have a refrigerator to store leftovers or simple stuff for breakfast (Their fantastic restaurant Andiamo is rather expensive for family dining).

4. You are about a mile from the nearest In n' Out, a mile or so from the nearest metro station, and a very expensive cab ride to almost every main area in Los Angeles.
