Wonder why in this hotel, left behind things somehow seem to never be found?My advice, unless you like cold rooms, not getting lost items returned to you, dealing with rude front desk employees who take out their frustrations with their company's maintenence problems on you; until they fix their 'issues' I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.

4. For less than 130 dollars we got much more and better service here than in the hilton resort in moorea,polynesia where we payed 6 times the price for rude and lackadaisical service.

8. A managerwas working behind the reception area and when I asked him is the restaurant wasopen---he looked at me like I was an idiot and said, 'does it look like itis open?' I was very surprised at this rudeness and did not dine thereduring my visit for this reason.

9. I found two of the front desk clerks to be extremely rude, and when I spoke with the manager regarding this issue, he seemed to be impatient & annoyed.
