3. Unfortunately most hotel food is very poor, so we half expected it, and didn't bother complaining, and go through the whole ordeal of talking to the manager, only to wait another hour for a simple sandwich and fries.

9. The request was declined despite our explanation and we were told we could complain to the manager, this complaint fell on deaf ears as the manager said there was nothing he could do, Very angrily we hastened a retreat to the restroom where I assisted my sister in freshening up and changing.

10. I left in disgust and had to go there in the morning for our COMPLIMENTARY breakfast, after looking at the line out of the sqalid room and watching Diamond members trying to eat cereal standing up I went to the front desk and complained.
