1. Perhaps they could have sent someone out with a tray of drinks and an explanation for the delay? Perhaps they could have provided a voucher for dinner?Anyway, the hotel was clean, modern, convenient and perfect as a transit stopover.

8. We had cause to use this great hotel twice in our recent holiday, we were first introduced to this hotel by our airline after an uncheduled delay in our ininerary and subsequently needed a complimentary overnight stopover.
