1. 30am so would hate to see it when all the long haul flights are getting ready to go.

9. I mentioned the shuttle problem to the desk clerk and she said 'thanks for letting me know--we hate our shuttle company and hope to change'--I thought perhaps a little more should have been offered after I waited an hour (perhaps a drink coupon or something).
