1. Beds are big and very comfortable, linens are clean, bathroom is clean and functional (nothing luxury though) Housekeeping does a good job and never disturbed us.

2. Tip: if you plan to sleep till 9am or later, don't forget to hang the 'Do not disturb' flag on your door otherwise you will have the housekeeping waking you up for sure.

3. Also, no do not disturb sign was provided (called housekeeping) and the bathroom door does not fully close or lock.

4. I understand Hilton has a responsibility to its customers and as such they have to look into any type of complaint, but I just find it disturbing that there were others having conversations outside in the tables, yet we were the only ones to get a visit from hotel security.

What I found rather disturbing was the fact that on our 2nd night, my friend and I were outside our room having a conversation around 10pm, and shortly thereafter security came to our front door, asked me for my ID, then told me to please keep our loud noise down as they had got a complaint that my friend and I were being too loud.

6. The other thing is to make sure that you put out the do not disturb sign before you go to sleep or else you will get a knock on your door at 7:15am from housekeeping.

7. While intriguing to my toddler, our room overlooked a busy LAX runway, and the noise of the planes taking off and landing all night long was disturbing.
