1. One other negative- the elevators from the parking garage are super slow and always one of them is out of order being worked on.

3. Airport Checkin kiosk with printer for boarding passThe only negative was a charge for in room wifi which I find insulting especially when it is free at Starbucks.

4. Only negative experience was when they had a large group of tourists using breakfast coupons which really messed up getting to a meeting on time.

5. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that there is no free wireless internet, and that you have to pay for the day (I think it's 12 Dollars).

We had a hint upon arrival when earplugs were provided on our bed stands and they were needed to quell the sound of the plane traffic across the street at LAX but that was the only negative in an otherwise clean, friendly hotel with two great restaurants and a lovely lobby decorated for the holidays.
