Biggest issue I have about this hotel is their telephone service or front desk guest list system ---It's always either

broken
promises stay here or do yourself a favour and book the Marriott next door, cheaper prices, similar rooms but staff who are caring and most attentive to their customers needs.

broken
light and no tub plug.
