1. First of all I would like to say I stayed a the Westin Oaks during 2009 and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had (Read my prior Westin Oaks review).

8. Mold in bathtubs and bathtub walls, mold on wallpaper, vents full of dust, curtains full of dust, toilets that do not flush properly, and worst of all, TOENAIL CLIPPINGS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR.
