3. One other minor complaint--the rolldown vinyl-like shades in the master bedroom were so large that they would not roll up properly, and would get tangled up and jammed.

4. One night about 20 members of the family went to the bar in the lobby for cocktails ( Friday the night of the Japan Earthquake, this was my one complaint, the bar was not stocked well.

8. I have three complaints: first, the parking was confusing, second, the air conditioning was barely working, and the room always seemed humid, third, the water was turned off for part of the day, though that was probably a city issue.

9. Most of the complaints that I see posted here are related to the age of the hotels and that the 'updates' are not much more than new bed linens and curved shower curtain rods, so if you are picky about cleaniness, I would look for a hotel that is fairly new and be wary that 'updated' can mean many different things.
