1. There were only a couple of downsides - they have valet, but if you choose to self-park, it is mall parking.

4. The only downside is the fact that you have to pay for your in room wifi, this while just out of the hotel in the Galleria, wifi is free available.

7. The big downside is the parking, it's hard to avoid using the $25 per day valet parking as the "express" $9 per day surface parking fills up quickly and the Galleria blue free parking garage next to the hotel does too.
