8. I brought this issue to the hotel's manager, Neb, who made a phone call to the mall's parking attendant and just like that, the fee was waived.

9. I was told they are not sure when room will be ready and I shd check after 1 hr I know this doesn't sound like big issue but after 18 hrs in flight last thing one wld expect is to wait for an hour to check in to room.
