5. There was only one excpetion wich was a short haired bellboy with an earpiece, he always seemed to be in a hurry and was very bad informed about local attractions, he was kind of rude.

6. 1) the toilet upon check in was not latched correctly and we had to call to fix it, which they did took a bit, but nothing to cry about but just luck,,, nothing too bad 2) since their is allot of people going up and down the elevator, sometimes not all the time, we had to wait floor to floor to go up and down, did get annoying.

8. The legendary beds were wonderful as ever, but the floor to ceiling windows were covered by custom blinds that had seen better days and the wall above the fire alarm was badly stained.
