1. Elevators can be very slow if there is a conference going on and everyone tries using them at the same time.

3. I understand paying valet but also another 3 bucks for a garage fee???? Really???? Also valet is very slow and congested due to cabs and galleria pick ups and drop offs.

10. Pros:- Friendly staff- Rooms are nice and big (for those who get upgrades)- Location is good-lots of restaurants in the areaCons:- Traffic can be challenging- slow elevators- Staff can be extremely busy at times.
