1. I'm not going to rate this service as terrible, but I do think that this could have all been avoided if Westin kitchen staff would honor what has been written in the room service menu.

7. After reading terrible reviews about the hotel I contacted the property and told them my concearns regarding the condition of the hotel, they told me to give them a change and that they were sure the reviews were not up to the hotel.
