From the unhelpful bellman who just stood and watch us and told us to just walk in since our bags were few when we collect our luggage from the shuttle, to the not so welcoming frontdesk , to the concierge who didn't even look up when we asked for a map and cable car directions and just plainly said that caifornia line was out of commission till June still looking down at whatever he was doing, the atmosphere was very unfriendly.
