1. Despite the mediocre room we still felt a sense of excitement walking through the lobby each day all of the staff we dealt with were welcoming and genuine.

5. Maybe because I arrived on a very rainy day? There was no coffee bar, or water available in the room and the room service prices are exorbitant (and the food is mediocre at best).
