1. Since they were sold-out that night, they offered me a measly $30 for our inconvenience and to move each of us the next day for the remaining three nights of our stay.

2. They also then sent housekeeping back up to vacuum the room and offered us two bottles of complimentary water for our inconvenience (big deal) in hindsight we should have just asked for another room as after this introduction to the hotel my husband was not happy in the room.

3. The only complaint (and it isnt the hotel's fault) is the steep hill it sits on - made getting to and from the hotel a bit inconvenient as we had to either take a cab or the cable car - we walked it once and it was WAY too much.
