1. We changed rooms twice due to lack of cleanliness and amenities.

4. One down side is that the old elevators tend to need more attention than others, may be they were lacking of attendants at holidays time, it took some time to put it back to working order.

10. All this was topped by the breakfast which included the most disgusting buffet presentation I have ever seen in a 5 star hotel (I don't even know why we haven't left immediately, maybe only because of the lack of breakfast options near the hotel), none of the items was even of average quality.
