2. Not only are the ironing boards dirty, but the iron itself isn't emptied of its water by the staff, so it just hangs out in the iron and gets stagnant and moldy smelling.

4. The whole facility is past its prime: almost all meeting rooms need new paint, our room on 5th floor had dust and cobwebs all over the ceiling and walls, and the bathroom had mold growing in one corner.

9. The anticipation of entering our top floor suite was as great as the disappointment when the door opened and a musty, dusty, moldy odor of ancient carpeting, furniture and draperies combined with a hint of the plumbing backing up, made our toes curl.
