3. Since this is a nice, nostalgic hotel, lots of snooty people stay here (I got a good deal while traveling on business).

4. Staff ( with one exception) were arrogant and appered to be going out of their way to serve - they were snooty and i can't see the reason whythe restaurant area was just gorgoeus however the lax service and attitude of the staff in there spoilt the experience.
