1. One other complaint is the junk food in the rooms, where if you touch anything you are charged.

The following morning, I spoke to the old guy at the concierge desk (reception was busy with checkouts), who promised to sort things out while we were out sightseeing - by arranging another room and/or speaking to the noisy neighbour - but when we returned that evening, nothing had happened, the front desk was completely unaware of our complaint.
