He came back and ultimately removed the charges however instructed me that it was noted when I checked in that I was TOLD these fees would apply, that the other Concierge was WRONG to indicate that the charges would be removed, and that in FUTURE it has been noted that it will never be waived again.

10. They finally did take the day off of our bill that we were not there & credited my bill for the day I had paid for previously, but still acted like I was the one at fault and wanted me to figure out what had went wrong.
