1. We didn't go to Disney and decided to spend the afternoon by the pool, unfortunately so did a group of very loud and very drunk Americans.

3. You take the boat to the attractions or walk around the attractive lake, The Boardwalk resort was nearby and had a Cat Cora restaurant that we unfortunately did not have time to try.

Starting with a reservation error (in spite of no less than 3 phone confirmations before check in) followed by a series of unfortunate experiences, including disappearing luggage, dirty rooms, no housekeeping, and ongoing reservation confusion, this hotel is completely undeserving of four star status.

7. I have been at both the dolphin and swan twice prior and unfortunately the surly staff at the front desk don't hold up the 'Disney experience'.
