1. We have stayed on the 9th floor, the main corridor was almost smelled of mildew.

2. One phone didn't work, one lamp didn't work, another lamp was barely hanging on the wall, the furniture was scuffed and worn, the carpet in one corner was pulled up, there was mildew in the tiny (2 star quality bathroom), the balcony was a rust bucket.

3. I wonder if the mildew issue is confined to the Swan part of the hotel? I did decline housekeeping for two nights and choose to receive starpoints instead of the $5 credit.
