4. I booked a 4 night stay at this the Dolphin hotel through an agent, then read a number of negative reviews on tripadvisor when it was too late to change the booking.

5. A large conference was going on during the duration of out stay but only negative to that was one evening they closed the pool at 6pm for a private function, really not that big a deal since we headed out to a different park every evening.

10. One negative is the cafeteria at the Dolphin didn't have a great selection, and some of the restaurants at the Swan had limited hours.
